Privacy Policy

This site is run by Scott Hatfield, operating through Launchpad Skills Ltd (Company No. 16639810), a company registered in England and Wales. This policy explains what happens to your data when you visit this website. It is written to be read, not to hide behind legalese.

The short version

This is a simple marketing website. It does not ask you to sign in, and it does not sell anything to you directly. If you book a call, you do so through a third-party scheduling tool. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the site and understand, in aggregate, whether it’s useful.

Analytics

We use privacy-first, cookie-free analytics (Vercel Web Analytics). This measures traffic in aggregate — page views, roughly where visitors came from, and which pages are read. It does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not collect information that identifies you personally. Because there are no tracking cookies, this site does not need a cookie-consent banner.

Booking a call

When you book a call, you’re taken to a third-party scheduling service (Google, via Google Calendar appointment scheduling). Any details you enter there — such as your name, email, and the time you choose — are handled by Google under their own privacy policy, and shared with us so we can meet you. Please review Google’s policy for how they process your data.

Email

If you email us directly, we keep your message and contact details only for as long as needed to respond and to keep a reasonable record of our correspondence.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.
• We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
• We do not build advertising profiles about you.

Your rights

If you’re in the UK or EU, you have rights over your personal data — including the right to ask what we hold, to have it corrected, and to have it deleted. To make a request, email scott.hatfield@yourlaunchpad.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we’ll update the date at the top of the page.
